Become an EOTO Partner

As a partner in the Each One, Teach One program, you are responsible for coaching the would-be trainer employees in your organization.

  • A partner maintains the integrity of program’s focus on basic financial skills — and never sales — in communities. A partner agrees to the peer-based training methodology, to seek out training opportunities in community, to track and report numbers of individuals trained, and to ensure that the training in community does not feature specific products or services of any financial institution.

  • Partners also agree to use the content as provided, to not rebrand it, and to adhere to program changes.
  • Employees of the institutions attend three days of mandatory training and once certified, will seek out training opportunities to partner with community agencies, as well as respond to opportunities that may come from other institutions.
